The hardest thing in the world is to simplify your life; it's so easy to make it complex.

All of us in the team come from the world of business, science or both, and at the same time, we have also come into the Buddhist world as we found in it many answers, if not all of them. Not only we don’t hide it but we are proud of it.

We have in common that we want to contribute to this world with the best version of ourselves through putting in practice the Buddhist ancient knowledge of the mind. This set of knowledge and techniques have an impact on well-being and internal capabilities, which we have experienced ourselves and which is gradually being proven through many scientific studies.

We are in different times, but in the same need for awareness, human qualities and wisdom.
